This was a public/private partnership between the City of San Jose and San Jose State University to provide a state of the art 5-story library that would be utilized by both students and the general public. Atlas provided a resident inspector and an additional inspection staff to perform the quality assurance testing for the owner.

  • Performed all aspects of fire and life safety and smoke control system, testing and inspection.
  • Worked closely with the owner to design cost-effective quality assurance plan.
  • Interacted closely with on-site construction management plant to identify issues and propose solutions.
