  • Full-time quality control manager overseeing all aspects of the contractor quality control and performing independent quality assurance testing.
  • All special inspection services including environmental remediation, reinforced concrete, structural welding, and auger-cast piles.
  • Worked closely with the GSA and the construction management team to create as-builts, non-compliance lists and to document and facilitate claims disputes and change order analysis.
