JOHN MUIR HEALTH WALNUT CREEK HOSPITAL – PHASE 4 EXPANSION

Two new 5-story bed towers and the associated base diagnostics and testing (D&T) support. The project also includes a new Central Utility Plant building and loading dock/service entrance totaling 23,000 square feet.

  • Inspected and tested all required OSHPD TIO program items.
  • Inspected all structural steel being fabricated at Gayle Manufacturing in both Woodland, California and Boise, Idaho.
  • Inspected all Buckling Restrained Braces (BRB) that were fabricated at Yajima-USA located in Reno, Nevada.
  • Performed water and air infiltration testing of windows, storefronts, curtain walls and skylights.
