Duluth, GA — Moreland Altobelli Associates, LLC, an Atlas Technical Consultants company, is pleased to announce that Todd I. Long PE, PTOE has joined our team.  Since 2015, Long has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Fulton County.  As COO, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Fulton County’s public-facing departments and ultimately responsible for improving operations service to the 1.1 million residents in the county.

“I am excited to join the Moreland Altobelli/Atlas team and continue to contribute to the development of improved transportation infrastructure in Georgia and across the country,” Long said.

Long was the first to serve as Georgia DOT’s Director of Planning – a position which reports directly to the Governor.
