(OLH) are proud to announce that they have entered into a Mentor-Protégé Agreement under the All Small Mentor Protégé Program (ASMPP) through the Small Business Administration (SBA), effective July 9, 2020. The purpose of the SBA program is to enhance the development of the protégé and encourage approved mentors to provide various forms of assistance to eligible ASMPP participants; all in an effort to ensure contracting opportunity, experience, and overall financial viability.
