HORSE STAMP CHURCH ROAD INTERCHANGE AT I-95

The project involves the addition of a new interchange on I-95 in southern coastal Georgia. Services included concept, IJR, environmental, final construction and right-of-way plans, as well as construction phase services.

The project is a component of the hurricane evacuation route for St. Marys and Kings Bay Naval Base. The purpose of the project is to provide additional I-95 access for future, planned development and mandated emergency FEMA evacuations. Total project length is approximately 1 mile. Atlas delineated over 30 acres of wetlands and prepared GDOT Ecology Assessment/Report and Section 404 permit.
