L. Joe Boyer
L. Joe Boyer is a passionate leader whose experience spans the full spectrum of infrastructure challenges ranging from tsunami recovery work in Indonesia to complex highways here in the states for federal, public and private clients. With nearly 30 years of helping clients solve infrastructure challenges in new build, recovery, or resiliency scenarios, he has found that an often overlooked key to success lies in the ability to collaborate with clients, employees and the communities in which we work and live. His heart-led leadership is paramount to solving the issues municipalities, local and state agencies, and our clients face.
Prior to joining BCP, Joe applied his skill in leadership as CEO of Atkins’ North America arm providing infrastructure planning, engineering, architecture, construction management, environmental consulting, and program management services.
Joe’s professional career includes decade-long service in many roles including president of an environmental and infrastructure contractor, where his strategic thinking spurred significant growth and capture of large-scale infrastructure pursuits.
His success was bolstered from the start by his academic career; a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and at Pepperdine University with an Executive MBA, Accounting and Finance.
