Congratulations to Moreland Altobelli’s Communications Director, Karlene Barron, on being honored at AASHTO’s 2018 TransComm Skills Awards ceremony. Barron received the Founder’s Award, which is presented to individuals who have made long-term positive impacts on the public affairs profession and served as a member of the AASHTO Subcommittee on Transportation Communications.
